There will be no training at Cottesmore on Saturday 23rd May. The training will be at South Witham Village Hall instead from 10:00 till 12:00.
At Mr Hay Harris;s Competition in Lutterworth on 29/03/09 Mr Ryan Field won a bronze medal in the black belt sparring. Congratulations Ryan.

A full grading was held on Saturday 7th March with 41 successful entrants at Cottesmore Village Hall. Charlie Patte passed her Black Belt 1st degree on Saturday the 19th of July 2008. She took the grading along with other Yon-Hap members from South Lincs Taekwon-do under Master Liversidge, ITF VIIIth Degree after a seminar on patterns and destruction by Master Liversidge. Recently the British Amateur Taekwon-do Association have joined ranks with the Yon-Hap (Alliance) and will be joining us for training (they invite us to their classes as well), competitions and seminars etc. BATA are based in Grantham (Meres Leisure Centre) and Melton Mowbray. ATS welcomes them to Yon-Hap.
A Grading examination was held at Cottesmore Village Hall on 26/04/2008. The standards were very high at the exam overseen by D Anderson III, D Mowbray II, P Conboy I, R Field I, P Conboy (Junior) I and C Patte (1st Kup).
All participants were succesful with the D.G Anderson Memorial Trophy being awarded to Tim Miles.
